I am honoured that you have chosen My Beloved Keepsakes to create your unique memory keepsake. Every order is treated with great care, respect, and attention. Please take a moment to read the terms below, as they help ensure a smooth and safe experience for both of us.

• All keepsakes are 100% handmade in Ireland using clothing and materials provided by you, the customer.
• Your finished item is a keepsake, not a toy.
  
  • Memory bears may include moving joints attached with buttons and must be handled gently.
  • These items are not suitable for children, play, or rough handling.

• If a limb becomes detached through normal use, I am happy to refit it.

• However, I cannot take responsibility for damage caused by obvious rough handling or misuse.

• Please take care when selecting and sending clothing.
• Unless you provide clear written instructions, I will presume all clothing sent may be used as it is.
• Once clothing has been cut, it cannot be restored to its original condition.
• I always use creativity and care when placing fabrics.
  
  • If you have a specific layout or request, this must be stated clearly when ordering.

• If your keepsake includes embroidery or personalisation, all spellings and dates must be checked carefully by you before submitting your order.
• I do not query spellings, names, or dates.
• If incorrect details were provided by the customer, any corrections will incur an additional charge.

• Every order is important to me. If you need to make changes, please contact me as soon as possible.
• If work has already begun, changes may not be possible.
• If a photo of the completed keepsake is provided and changes are requested at that stage, additional charges will apply and may delay completion.

• I put great care into every keepsake and hope you love your finished piece.
• Because each item is handmade from your own clothing, refunds cannot be offered if the keepsake is not as you imagined.
• Refunds or replacements are only available if the item is deemed faulty in workmanship.
• Natural variations in handmade items are part of their character and are not considered faults.
