Every piece is made with care, respect, and a deep understanding of how meaningful these garments can be — whether they belong to a baby, a loved one who has passed, or someone whose uniform represents years of dedication and identity.

If you’re unsure what might work best, you’re always welcome to share what you have, and I’ll guide you gently through the options.
By placing an order, you’re giving permission for me to cut and work with the clothing you send. I use my judgement for fabric placement unless you’ve shared specific requests.
Each bear is a unique, handcrafted piece. Because they are decorative keepsakes, they cannot be CE approved and are not suitable for children under 14.
There is never any rush. You’re welcome to reach out whenever the moment feels right.
Most families send 3–5 ties, which gives enough fabric for a balanced, meaningful design.
If you’d like a cushion made entirely from ties, 8–12 ties usually offer plenty of choice.
If you only have one special tie, that is absolutely fine. A simple, elegant design can be created from a single piece.
There is no right or wrong amount — whatever feels right for your family is enough.
Shirts, jumpers, ties, blouses, trousers, skirts, and soft outer layers all work well.
Logos, badges, pockets, and small details can be included if they are safe to sew.
For most keepsakes:
- Bears or cushions: 4–6 items
- Blankets: 6–10 items
If you have fewer pieces, that’s completely fine — I can work with whatever feels appropriate.
Yes, as long as they’re safe to sew. I can place them thoughtfully within the design.
There is no minimum. Many families have only one or two pieces that hold deep meaning. I will always work gently with whatever you have.
Never. Anything too significant can be kept aside, and any unused items are always returned to you.
If you’re unsure about certain pieces, you’re welcome to send them all — I’ll check everything carefully and only use what feels right.
No. There is no deadline and no expectation. You can get in touch whenever you feel ready, whether that’s soon or much later.
You’re welcome to drop items to my studio in Furbo, Galway or post them from anywhere in Ireland. Once you get in touch, I’ll guide you through the simplest and safest way to send your garments.
Timeframes vary depending on the number of orders in progress.
When you reach out, I’ll share the current turnaround time and keep you updated gently throughout the process.
Yes. If there are particular elements you’d love included — a pocket, a logo, a tiny detail — just let me know. If you’re unsure, I’m happy to design the layout for you with care and balance.
Any unused pieces are returned to you unless you prefer otherwise.
Yes. E‑gift vouchers are available and make a thoughtful gift for families who may want to choose their keepsake in their own time.

Yes. Many garments arrive well‑loved or fragile.
